We are excited to share with you the first episode of our new series “Tips & Tricks from a master ». 

We wanted to find a way to keep creativity and inspiration among our community alive during these difficult times of social distance and restrictions, and at the same time share knowledge. 

“Tips & Tricks” is a spin-off of our first series “Two Cents” interviews of industry professionals. Only this time we implemented live interaction between individuals and professionals

On Wednesday, 8th April we recorded our first session and it was a great honor and pleasure to have Matteo as our first host. Matteo has been working as a makeup-artist and hairstylist for over 20 years. His journey began at the age of 15 when his mother found him an apprenticeship as hairdresser in Milan. As it is often the case, also Matteo had to start by doing the basics like sweeping the floor.

Fashion magazines, Bollywood films, fashion shows, commercials, various are Matteo’s fields of experience.

The motivated participants for this episode were: 

Daria, studied Animation/3D will go study makeup and hairstyle in Germany, relatively new in the business who wanted to acquire new knowledge from an experienced professional.

Eliane, Model from the Valais.

Clara Hair & Makeup Student at the Delemore Academy living in London.

Kikue, working as a Makeup Artist in Barcelona.

Graciella model and therapist living in Switzerland, she has worked with Matteo for STS commercial. 

Fanny from Geneva and Paris, working as professional model since 8 years.
